In order to help users to get memory that is compatible with the Udoo Bolt, please post in this thread yuor working or not working memory configuration. Bolt are claimed to works with: 2X SLOT SO-DIMM DUAL CHANNEL 64-BIT DDR4 2400 MT/S WITH ECC SUPPORT UP TO 32GB Thanks

(follow-up on post #4) CPU-Z reported: RMSA3230KE68H9F-2133 (single rank, DDR4-2133, unbuffered, non-ECC) 1066MHz 15-15-15-36-51-1T @ 1.2V actual memory used: Samsung
I have 3 different DDR4 sodimm that does not work. I won't list them for now since I am not sure if the RAM modules are incompatible or if my Bolt is just DOA. I should receive a forth (!!!!) RAM module next week. I ordered a Crucial module similar to the one mentioned above so there should be greater chances that it will work.
Hi Guys, I have just successfully booted up with: Series G.Skill Ripjaws DDR4 SO-DIMM RAM Series Part Number F4-2400C16S-16GRS Capacity 16GB (1x 16GB) Memory Type DDR4-2400 SO-DIMM RAM Speed 2400 MHz Timings 16-16-16-39 Rated Voltage 1.2Vdc Pins 260-pin DDR4 SO-DIMM Thought I would pass on my experience. Local cost in Canadian $109
I can confirm working memory kit from Kingston : HX424S14IBK2/32 SO-DIMM 32GB DDR4-2400MHz CL14 HyperX Impact, kit 2x16GB Datasheet: https://www.kingston.com/dataSheets/HX424S14IBK2_32.pdf First boot took very long time (almost 1 minute), but from DC connector successfully started. From USB-C not.
I ordered crucial memory but I got two of this one: Micron 4GB (1x4GB) DDR4 Sodimm 2400MHz 260-Pin PC4-19200 MTA4ATF51264HZ-2G3B2 so I just give them a try and they work fine, so I have 8 GB running.
I'm running: Crucial 16GB Kit (8GBx2) DDR4 2400 MT/S (PC4-19200) SR x8 SODIMM 260-Pin Memory - CT2K8G4SFS824A Seems to just be one digit/letter off from that other kit ("FS" instead of "FD".) No problems so far.
I can confirm that this works on my V8 Bolt. I pulled it out of an old laptop when I wanted to upgrade its memory to 16GB (single slot). SK Hynix HMA41GS6AFR8N-TF 8GB DDR4-2133 SODIMM
Just wanted to add an ECC to the list of working memory. I have the V8 UDOO Bolt. I ordered mine from CDW in the US. Part numbers and CDW number below. ECC appears to be working when I did some of the tests shown on Puget systems site. https://www.pugetsystems.com/labs/articles/How-to-Check-ECC-RAM-Functionality-462/ Kingston Server Premier - DDR4 - 16 GB - SO-DIMM 260-pin - unbuffered Mfg.Part: KSM24SED8/16ME | CDW Part: 5083754 | UNSPSC: 32101602 https://www.cdw.com/product/Kingsto...000&cm_ven=Email&etsi=13892320&etsu=743789001
I'm also using G.Skill Ripjaws of a different model: Series G.Skill Ripjaws DDR4 SO-DIMM RAM Series Model F4-2400C16D-16GRS Capacity 16GB (2x 8GB) Memory Type DDR4-2400 SO-DIMM RAM Speed 2400 MHz Timings 16-16-16-39 Rated Voltage 1.2V Pins 260-pin DDR4 SO-DIMM No ECC / Unbuffered
