Can't buy product, no one will answer tickets for help ordering products and email addresses for seco no longer work. Thoughts?
Ciao Steve, we're not going out of business. Actually, the tech team is working on new things and the BOLT as I and others are handling the situation with the shop and the shipment. Regarding the issues you're having with some of our systems though... I just got access to the ticketing system, and am trying to reply to every ticket with issues related to shipping. Could you please reply privately with your ticket number? If some tickets are escaping my notice, I'd love to know. Also, what do you mean that they no longer work? I'm sending and receiving emails to SECO, but please let me know whether you're having issues. Do udoo.org emails work? That is the best way to contact us. We're having an issue with the shipment, but as far as I can see the shop is fine. Could you please provide more details of your issues? Thank you!
