Hello, i just recieved my Udoo Neo Full. I have Windows 10 installed on my pc, and when i contected it with micro usb to my pc the driver was installed automatically, so i don't know why i cannot acces Web Control Panel. I tried with and without MicroSD, but it didn't worked.
You cannot use the board without micro SD. Please note that there are 3 devices provided over the micro SD port: boot filesystem, serial port, network interface. You need to install the driver for the network interface in order to access the web control panel. Windows installed the drivers for the boot partition only.
I read this post in udoo.org but here's no any Windows Driver. I just see in Windows 7 to do it manually, like Windows 10 did it automatically.
Windows 7 maybe was used for the screenshots, but I don't think for that reason you don't have to do it in Windows 10. The driver is already bundled in Windows, but not installed automatically. If you follow the guide you see it.
Boot is supported only from SD card. Then you can use a rootfs mounted from, for example, an USB disk. If you use UDOO Quad, there is SATA boot supported (BTW, SD card is still used to load the boot loader).
You could try netboot. It should work now with udoobuntu 2 rc2 http://www.udoo.org/forum/index.php?threads/2827/
