I have the udoo neo connected to an I2c driven motor shield v2 made by adafruit. I can get my stepper to move, but it only moves 1 step per second. I was able to monitor the sda and scl voltage and it skips from 3.3 to 3.2 every second, corresponding with the movement of the stepper. Is there a way to fix the I2c communication so that the motor drivers will drive the stepper correctly?

I have gone through the config utility and moved i2c-2 to the M4 core and set up the motor shield for 3.3v logic. Any help would be appreciated.
