Hello, guys. "I don't want to use M.2 Wi-Fi slot for optional Wireless modules" Now, I have a TL-WN725N wifi modules. I know UDOO x86 ULTRA is not wifi device. So, I want to use TL-WN725N to connect wifi. But, I don't know if UDOO x86 ULTRA can connect to wifi? Please help me. Thank guys.
It is a USB device so just stick it into the USB port. Next thing is if there is a driver for your OS. Check the manuals of the wifi adapter. On what OS are you running the Udoo X86?
Thank you. I not yet to buy UDOO x86 ULTRA than I just only raspberry pi3. So, I want to buy UDOO x86 ULTRA, but maybe I worry this board can not use TL-WN725N device. This board os can on running wifi connect for WN725N Wireless modules?
The raspberry pi can only run on a limited amount of Linux OS'es. The Udoo can run on various windows, Linux and Android versions. You will have to check the OS you want to use. An OS compiled for the raspberry will not run on the Udoo as they have different hardware architecture. Check out the Software and Distro section of the documentation for more information. https://www.udoo.org/docs-x86/Introduction/Introduction.html
