Do you know if the UdooX86 is ready for the orbiting space station in the hands of the Italian or American astronaut ?
Rumor or what? Do you know for space expedition application, rad-hard is (or at least, used to be) a requirement???
Dear ccs_hello, I think that Udoox86 may be useful for new realtime experimentation in the space since UdooX86 has a completely innovative hardware architecture and so the experiments should be completely different from those in the past
There was definitely a Raspberry Pi that went to the Space Station and I would have thought that the UDOO x86 fell into a similar category?
Astro Pi flight case's design and qualification https://www.raspberrypi.org/blog/astro-pi-flight-case/ Guess the makers movement and student education can make on-board the ISS be easier (i.e., not involved in mission-critical use cases...)
