Unhappy OS X user

    Hello,
    I'm running OS X 10.11.1 and can't connect my UDOO NEO through USB. Instructions from side doesn't work at all. Instructions from users on this forum works partially (now I can see USB modem in /dev).
    What is progress on this issue? Are you going to solve it at all?

    same for me, except for I'm on OS X 10.5.5 (planning to upgrade to El Capitan soon) and I can VNC into my UDOO Neo Basic but can't make it connect to internet.
