I have udoo quad. I've created sd card with Ubuntu 12.04 and it booted fine. Then I've update udoo using this (http://www.udoo.org/update-procedure/) instructions. After restart I've faced with black screen, udoo logo and message: u-boot-imx-2013-10 on: ... (description of the board) I've tried another sd card with android and it works well, boot without any problems. I've tried to reflash sd card with ubuntu 12.04 image, but it is still don't boot (same logo and message). Where the problem could be?
If you flash the latest ubuntu version you don't need to use the update procedure. Try to flash a different microSD card without update the OS.
