A couple of months ago we talked about a great project: the Lunar Rover of which UDOO is a proud partner.
The rover is a mobile explorer that scouts the Moon with cameras and science payloads. Roboticists, artists and engineers from the Carnegie Mellon University in collaboration with Astrobotic Technology inc. created an interdisciplinary team competing for the Google Lunar X Prize.
The goal is to land a robot on the moon, travels 500 meters sending images and data back to earth.
